## About

I am Frankie Arraiga, a tattoo artist focused on creating original work with intention, clarity, and a strong sense of personal style. I take time to understand the meaning behind an idea, then shape it into artwork that feels considered rather than copied. My process is collaborative, detail-focused, and grounded in making each design feel right for the person wearing it.
Custom design is where that approach comes to life. I can work from a clear concept, a collection of references, or an idea that is still taking shape. I refine the composition, style, and details with your vision in mind, so the finished tattoo feels personal, balanced, and made specifically for you.

Start Your Custom Tattoo

Share your idea and style with me to begin creating a tattoo design that is uniquely yours.

A thoughtful starting point for turning your idea into original tattoo artwork.
A More Personal Way to Shape Your Tattoo Idea
I begin by learning what you want your tattoo to express, including the story, references, placement, and visual style behind it. Whether you have a detailed concept or only a feeling to work from, I use that direction to build a design with purpose.
The process gives your idea room to develop while keeping your preferences at the centre. You can expect a considered composition, intentional details, and artwork shaped around your body and personal taste rather than a generic template.

## FAQ

### How do I choose the right tattoo design?

Consider the meaning, imagery, placement, and visual style that feel most personal to you. A professional tattoo artist can help refine your ideas into a design that suits your body and translates well into tattoo art.

### Can a tattoo artist help with a custom design?

Yes, tattoo artists commonly work with clients to develop original designs from references, themes, and personal concepts. Sharing clear inspiration and being open to artistic guidance can help shape a result that feels distinctive and intentional.

### What should I consider when choosing tattoo placement?

Placement affects the size, composition, visibility, and way a design follows the body's natural contours. A professional can discuss these considerations with you so the artwork is planned thoughtfully for the chosen area.

### What is the difference between color and black-and-gray tattoos?

Color tattoos use one or more hues to create emphasis, contrast, and visual energy, while black-and-gray work relies on line, shading, and tonal depth. The best choice depends on the design, your aesthetic preferences, and how you want the finished artwork to look.

### How can I prepare for a tattoo appointment?

Arrive well rested, eat beforehand, and wear clothing that allows comfortable access to the tattoo area. It is also helpful to bring your design ideas and communicate openly with the artist throughout the process.
